The celebration of the 275th anniversary in London

As Sotheby's International Realty, we enjoy our relationship with the venerable Sotheby's auction house. Sotheby’s has been uniting collectors with world-class works of art since 1744, an unrivalled history of reinvention, imagination and market strength. One of the world's largest brokers of fine and decorative art, jewelry, real estate, and collectibles, Sotheby's operation is divided into three segments: auction, finance, and dealer. We are happy to share a truly international network consisting of lovers of life, an audience united by their exceptional lifestyles.

That is why our real estate agents celebrated the 275th anniversary of Sotheby's in London this Monday, after visiting our British colleagues at the Sotheby’s International Realty office. A topic of importance - the Brexit - has been discussed with the expertised real estate broker Guy Bradshaw. After an afternoon full of insights to be used in order to advise our clients in the Netherlands, Jim and Marianne rushed to the London Auction House. They joined the lovely VIP cocktail reception, followed by a visit to Beckham’s flagship store. From 28 September through to 4 October, 12 works by Warhol will go on display at Beckham’s store on Dover Street in collaboration with Sotheby’s. It is here where Jim and Marianne met the iconic Beckham family.

A day full of insights, meetings and art. From Andy Warhol at Victoria Beckham, to Sotheby’s Contemporary Art Auctions: Jim and Marianne have seen it all, always on the move to internationally expand our network and to offer unparalleled exposure to a worldwide audience.
